Our Solution: 

After conducting a comprehensive assessment of the facility’s floor condition, we recommended the client install a 1/4-inch thick polyurethane cement flooring system. This type of flooring creates a strong, impermeable surface that is ideal for the poultry production environment.

Implementation:

We followed 3 steps for safe and effective flooring installation. This includes – 

Surface preparation – Our team efficiently prepared the existing concrete substrate to ensure optimal adhesion of the polyurethane cement.

Application – We applied the polyurethane coating at a thickness of 1/4 inch across the installation area. With a seamless application, we ensured the formation of a uniform surface free from joints or cracks.
